Embarking on this project in late 2019, we could never have imagined the impacted COVID-19 would have on our day to day lives. Although restrictions impacted Erica’s ability to travel to site in 2020, Erica provided extensive support remotely. She ensured our brief, budget and timelines were met. Erica sourced all of our selections and managed extensive logistics to get samples to our rural location in New South Wales. Erica was professional in dealing with our construction manager, local trades and keeping myself, the Project/Business Manager updated and informed. Erica was adaptable and offered great alternatives as hurdles popped up along the way, while providing support and advice.

Overall, the entire team were very appreciative of Erica’s efforts on this project. We are delighted in how the design came to life and the amazing space our customers get to enjoy. “I engaged Erica Fanning as a result of a personal recommendation to provide me with a complete design, installation and project-management service for the furnishing and fitting-out of my new apartment in Noosa Heads. The project also included considerable contact services including carpentry, blind- and curtain-making and fitting and AV procurement and installation. As I am resident in Hong Kong, I was wholly reliant on Erica’s procurement, installation and project-management skills.

I can say without exception that Erica did a wonderful job for me.

She provided excellent design consultancy skills while being responsive (but not uncritically) to my own design aesthetic. She offered imaginative and creative solutions to design problems.

Her sourcing and procurement skills were incomparable. It took a matter of a mere few weeks for Erica to complete the procurement, delivery and installation of the furnishing and fitting-out of my whole apartment, with the exception of a few items with long lead-times.

She engaged specialist contractors of the highest standard for all contract works. The quality of all finished works (bookcases, shelving, cupboards, curtains, blinds, electrical and AV) is exceptional. Her project management of the contractors was faultless. All of them delivered on time and to specification.

Best of all, I would add that Erica is a complete joy to work with. She is full of enthusiasm, conscientious, diligent and hard-working. She was immediately responsive to all my comments, questions and requests, which was very important to me in dealing at a distance.
